How to get the central Tokyo from the airports

You can easily reach Waseda University located in the central Tokyo from Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) or Narita International Airport by using trains or buses.
From Haneda Airport: Keikyu Line and Tokyo Monorail Line are directly connected to the airport. You may also use Airport Limousines (buses) to access to each main city.From Narita Airport: You may use Keiyo Line (local train and express train called Narita Express)or Airport Limousines. Haneda Airport is closer to the central Tokyo area.

How to get our campus from train stations

To reach Waseda University Nishi-waseda Campus, you have several train options: from Nishi-waseda Station (Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line), Takadano-baba Station (JR Yamanote Line or Tokyo Metro Tozai Line), Okubo Station (JR Soubu Line (local)), and Waseda Station (Tokyo Metro Tozai Line).Nishi-waseda Station is directly connected to Nishi-waseda Campus. It takes around 15 minuites from Takadano-baba Station, 20 min from Okubo Station, and 25 min from Waseda Station by walk.Waseda University has 3 main campuses. Please check carefully the conference will be held at Nishi-waseda Campus.

Where you should stay at

Waseda University is located at the heart of Tokyo, Shinjuku ward, which is one of our recommendations for staying. If you are looking for famous chained-brand hotels, Tokyo Station area and Imperial Palace area are also good place to stay at. (but it will take around 40 min or more to Nishi-waseda Station.)We do not have any conference special price of any hotels.
